Fresh Garden Salsa

This is the second recipe JulepStyle.com received from my sister this weekend!

This Light Salsa is the Topping for the Cornmeal Dusted Salmon, but also makes a great appetizer or snack on a hot summer day.


-1 large Tomato -2 inches of Cucumber seeded and pealed -1/2 small Red Onion -1 Jalopeno Chile -3 tablespoons fresh squeezed Orange Juice -1 tablespoon fresh squeezed Lime Juice

Finely chop all vegetables and mix with fresh juices, refrigerate for one hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or top Cornmeal Dusted Salmon, or your favorite sauteed fish or shellfish.
